If you live in Salinas and want to take your training to the next level, you have the rare opportunity to jump into Trainer Jorge's personal training routines. This will be a hybrid of calisthenics, cardio, and strength training. Spots are extremely limited.

This is a hourly pass to come join Trainer Jorge in his daily personal fitness routines.

My wife and I recently completed the 4 week sensei bustdowns fitness bootcamp. Over all we had a great experience, we learned various bodyweight workouts during those 4 weeks. Before attending the bootcamp I had been working out at the gym but never something like what I experienced at the bootcamp. Our first and last week we were rained on but even under those weather conditions we pushed forward. That made us more resilient and created stronger sense of willpower and discipline. We were given weekly workouts to perform on our own which better prepared us to perform at the bootcamp. We were also given suggestions on what to eat, what to avoid, etc. Our first week was a little rough, I was a little under the weather and had to take some pauses during the bootcamp but by the 4th week I was good to go. It comes to show that anything is possible as long as you put your mind to it. It was also easier to accomplish because of the support team we all created during these 4 weeks. We all pushed each other to succeed. Moving forward I will apply what I learned and continue using it in my day to day routine in order to continue advancing in my fitness journey and I recommend others to do the same.
