If you live in Salinas and want to take your training to the next level, you have the rare opportunity to jump into Trainer Jorge's personal training routines. This will be a hybrid of calisthenics, cardio, and strength training. Spots are extremely limited.
This is a hourly pass to come join Trainer Jorge in his daily personal fitness routines.
Depending on the time and day the workouts will vary as all workouts coincide with Jorge's personal training block he uses.

Our team will come set up an outdoor course that will build community amongst teammates and foster a cohesive foundation to build on for future accomplishments and victories. In addition we will spend some time educating on the importance of health and wellness.

Where are the in person bootcamps held?
We serve our in person clients living in the Monterey Bay as well as the Bay Area. We offer our weekend group Bustdown Bootcamps in both regions.
What if I don't understand proper form for lifting?
Here at Bustdown Sensei we focus on functional training more than anything. We want our clients to be physically fit in a way that translates to everyday life.
Im very confused about what I'm supposed to be eating. There are too many different diets out there, vegan, vegetarian, mediterranean, carnivore, etc. What should I be eating?
At Bustdown Sensei we prioritize clean eating as well as whole food consumption. We will work with you to create an individualized nutrition and meal plan that will help you reach your health and fitness goals without compromising your enjoyment of meals.
What if I'm just starting my fitness journey? Will this training be too intense?
At Bustdown Sensei we aim to build people into stronger and more capable versions of themselves. Yes, as with any growth in life there will be some growing pains at first. However, we will meet you where you are and your individualized workout plan will be tailor made to help you reach your goals.
