Corporate Team Building
Bustdown Sensei is proud to start offering private corporate workshops for businesses in the Bay Area and Monterey Bay. Our team will come set up an outdoor course that will build community amongst teammates and foster a cohesive foundation to build on for future accomplishments and victories. In addition we will spend some time educating on the importance of health and wellness.
How it works
- After purchase you will schedule an onboarding call where we will discuss the details of your corporate event
- We will schedule the time and date you would like us to arrive
- We will show up and set up the physical course we will be training on
- Workshop will begin with some warm- ups and team building exercises
- Following the intro we will run the training course that is designed to get participants out of their comfort zone and working together in order to complete it
- Cool down group activity
- Upon completion of the training course we will spend some time talking about the importance of health, wellness, and nutrition
